This market is for homemade, handcrafted and homegrown products only. If you are uncertain if your products meet this criteria, please email sforsythe@hhoh.org to discuss.
New this year, all vendors are required to hold general liability insurance valid for all dates they are at the market. You will be asked to upload a copy of this certificate when registering.
When registering you will be prompted to select your days of attendance. There are price breaks at different increments. Those selecting at least 60% of the dates (14 days) will be considered full season vendors and pay a significantly reduced sum. If you wish to attend less than 60% of the dates, you are able to select a single date or multiple dates. Please only selected dates you know you will attend. No refund or voucher will be given for any reason other than the City's cancellation of the Market.
If you are unsure what dates you will attend, please wait to enroll when you know more. You may visit this site and complete the registration process multiple times. You will miss out on the price breaks if you enroll for a single day at a time, but that may be the best option for those with an uncertain schedule.
You may enroll up to the Wednesday before a given Market Date.
Full season vendors will be granted a free spot in any off season markets conducted. A special Pumpkin, Thanksgiving, and Holiday Bazaar are currently being planned for October-December. Discussion with full season vendors will aid in finalizing details for these special pop-up markets.
This year, the only planned closure of the Market is July 5th. The Market will take place on June 28th. Full Season Vendors may choose between the Market or a spot at Star Spangled Heights that day.

Note:
No refund or voucher will be given for any reason other than the City's cancellation of the Market. You may enroll up to the Wednesday before a given Market Date.
Quick Market Rules:
1. Arrive at least 1 hour prior to Market start time.
2. You must stay for the entire duration of the Market.
3. All vendors must conduct themselves with decorum. Cursing, threatening, uncleanly or otherwise distasteful behavior will result in your expulsion from the Market with no refund or voucher.
4. All goods sold must be made or grown by you. If you wish to sell goods from another vendor or farm, please inform the Market coordinator for permission.
5. All vendors are required to maintain proper state and local licensure as dictated by law. The City is not responsible for your licensure. You must know the rules that apply to you. Should the City find that you are selling goods outside of your licensure, you will be expelled from the Market until proper licensure is obtained.
6. You must bring all tables, chairs and a pop-up tent needed for your booth. All tents must have weights on the legs to keep them from blowing away. Tent weights are sold on Amazon and other major retailers, you may also make your own weights with jugs or cement blocks. If your tent is not weighed down you will be asked to pack it up for the day.
7. The Market may be cancelled due to weather. The coordinator will make every effort to notify you as early as possible but sometimes weather changes last minute. The Market is rain or shine--though the coordinator will weigh a number of factors to try and make the best decision possible. When the Market is closed you may still use the market parking lot to meet customers for pick-up orders.
