Star Spangled Heights Food Truck Vendors

Star Spangled Heights is the premier Firework show in the area! This festival includes carnival rides, sales vendors, entertainment and food trucks. As a food truck vendor you will be part of this spectacular event that draws over 20,000 people annually. The festival is located at Thomas A. Cloud Park, 4707 Brandt Pike, Huber Heights, OH 45424.
****Registration is FULL for Mexican food, Ice Cream/Shaved Ice, Lemonade, Dirty Sodas, and BBQ. All other food trucks may register.****

Registration is capped at 10 trucks.
Registration is for Saturday, July 4th only!
Please call 937-237-5858 or email mgross@hhoh.org to register. Registration will be done via phone or email to minimize duplication of food offerings.
All trucks must detach- but vendor parking will be available across the gravel drive. No trucks will be permitted to leave until the event concludes.

All trucks are required to serve from start to finish of event times listed below.

Saturday:
Set up from 9-10am
Serving from 11am-10pm

Details regarding set-up and event logistics will be emailed to registered trucks approximately 1 month before the event.

Note:

All Food Truck Vendors must upload proof of general liability insurance with valid dates.

Vendors must also upload evidence of mobile food license through their local health department.

Participating food trucks must use a "whisper generator" so as to not detract from the atmosphere of the event. No electrical hook up and no Wi-Fi service is provided.

Refunds for this event will only be provided if the City of Huber Heights cancels the event or your registration. Absolutely no refunds will be given upon vendor request. This registration is non-transferable--the truck you sign up will be the truck tied to this registration.

All trucks must remain parked for the duration of the event and no vehicle may be used on the event grounds to food run. This will be strictly enforced and violations will make the vendor ineligible for future events.

All trailers and carts must DETACH. Vendor parking will be across the lane of the food trucks for ease of retrieving supplies, etc. Vehicles may not leave the festival grounds once parked in Vendor Parking.
