Please call the Huber Heights Parks & Recreation to register or email mgross@hhoh.org. Registration will be by phone or email to ensure no duplication of offerings. Registration deadline is 2 weeks prior to each rally. In example, Food Truck Rally May 12- deadline to register is April 28.

Artist/Maker Vendors will be required to complete the Artist/Maker Upload Form and be responsible for their own sales and compliance with permits and accounting.

Refunds for this event will only be provided if the City of Huber Heights cancels the event or your registration. Absolutely no refunds will be given upon vendor request. Registration may be transferred to a different rally date as long as it is available.

All vendors stay for the duration of the event. Vendors must arrive between 3-4pm and be ready to sell up 4:45pm.
