Note:

This is an INTEREST ONLY form and does guarantee a spot at our rally. A member of our staff will contact you for registration and payment if spots are still available. All trucks must be registered and paid at least 1 week prior to each rally.
Check your email to receive notifications from Parks & Rec staff regarding transferring your truck from the INTEREST FORM to REGISTERED.
Vendors must upload proof of general liability insurance with valid dates.

Vendors must also upload evidence of mobile food license through their local health department.

Participating food trucks must use a "whisper generator" so as to not detract from the atmosphere of the event. No electrical hook up and no Wi-Fi service is provided.

Refunds for this event will only be provided if the City of Huber Heights cancels the event or your registration. Absolutely no refunds will be given upon vendor request. This registration is non-transferable--the truck you sign up will be the truck tied to this registration. In the event of inclement weather, we will do our best to transfer the registration to another week.

All trucks must remain parked for the duration of the event and no vehicle may be used on the event grounds to food run. This will be strictly enforced, and violations will make the vendor ineligible for future events.

Trucks must arrive between 3-4pm and be ready for inspection at 4:30pm.
