This registration is an INTEREST FORM to be a vendor for a 6 FOOT TABLE.
Holiday Craft Fair
Note:
Vendors are responsible for their own sales and complying with all tax laws and regulations. All food vendors must at least comply with Ohio's Cottage Food Laws. All sales are final.
Vendors may choose between a 6' or 8' table. All tables and 2 chairs/table will be provided. Vendors can provide their own product displays if they fit within the 10'x10' space with table.
Vendors must provide a brief description and photo of their product(s).
Only 5 Direct Sale Vendors will be permitted.
All products must adhere to holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Hannukah, Kawanza or Fall & Winter Seasons.
All vendors will register as an Interest Form. Once approved by Parks & Recreation, vendors will be notified, and an invoice will be drafted.
Registration deadline: October 3rd
All invoices must be paid by October 10th, 2025 or your space will be forfeited.
Vendor fees:
$100 Direct Sales Vendor
$50 Regular Vendor
$35 Senior Center Craft Vendor (this fee will be associated for the following Senior Center craft club members: Wood Carvers, Hooks & Needles, & Sewing Pals).
Vendors may arrive at 7am and must be ready by 8:45am.
