Note:

No refund or voucher will be given for any reason other than the City's cancellation of the Small Business Saturday Pop-up Shop. You may enroll up to the Wednesday before a given Pop-Up Shop Date.
Quick Pop-up Shop Rules:

1. Arrive at least 1 hour prior to the Pop-up Shop start time.
2. You must stay for the entire duration of the Pop-Up Shop.
3. All vendors must conduct themselves with decorum. Cursing, threatening, uncleanly or otherwise distasteful behavior will result in your expulsion from the Pop-up Shop with no refund or voucher.
4. All goods sold must be made or grown by you. If you wish to sell goods from another vendor or farm, please inform the Program & Events Coordinator for permission.
5. All vendors are required to maintain proper state and local licensure as dictated by law. The City is not responsible for your licensure. You must know the rules that apply to you. Should the City find that you are selling goods outside of your licensure, you will be expelled from the Pop-up Shop until proper licensure is obtained.
6 One 8’ table & 2 chairs will be provided for you. You may bring extra tables & displays as long as they will fit in the 10x10 space.
7. The Pop-up Shop may be cancelled due to inclement weather. The coordinator will make every effort to notify you as early as possible but sometimes weather changes last minute.
8. Vendors may offer pre-sales via their websites and arrange for items to be picked up at the Pop-Up Shops. Vendors may only arrange pre-sales and pickups for their assigned Pop-Up Shop day(s). Vendors cannot offer pick up for any day that is not registered AND open to the public.
9. Vendors must bring product to sell to the general public too (not pre-sale items). Vendors are responsible for handling all sales. Wi-Fi is available in the Senior Center.
