Facilities
Pricing is $100/hr. and use of the kitchenette. All rentals are a minimum of 2-hours. All renters must also pay a $50 security deposit. This is a refundable deposit.
Amenities available for your use include 100 chairs, 10 8-ft. rectangle tables, and 10 6-ft. rectangle tables.
Note:
We understand that cancellations may need to occur. Due to the popularity of this facility we ask that you let us know as soon as possible. All cancellations made at least 10 days in advance will result in a full refund of all fees paid. Please note this will be by check and may take a few weeks to process.
Refund requests within 10 days will result in a refund of all fees minus a $50 administrative fee.
Security deposits will be kept when any of the following issues occur:
1. Trash is not removed from the facility. All trash must be disposed of in the outdoor trash toters or hauled away by the renter. Please do not overflow the cans and ensure all trash is fully inside the toter. This helps us keep the surrounding parkland clear of litter.
2. Blemishes or paint is peeled from the walls, windows, door frames, surfaces, doors etc. Nothing is permitted to be taped, fastened, or otherwise adhered to any walls, windows, door frames, etc. Plan decorations accordingly, ex. balloon weights or placing banners on tables.
3. No physical damage to tables, chairs or other building supplies, equipment or infrastructure.
4. No excessive mess is left. We expect general dirt from shoes and normal rental activities. Messes that are exceptionally unsanitary or cause our team to use specialty products or techniques will result in loss of deposit.
Basic cleaning supplies are kept in the kitchenette for your use.
