Everything Environmental Fest welcomes a variety of vendors and companies interested in serving our community during this sustainability-focused, family-friendly event. The festival will be held at Eichelberger Amphitheater from 11am-4pm. We encourage businesses who prioritize locally sourced ingredients, environmentally mindful practices, or waste-reduction efforts, though all businesses committed to responsible operations and positive community engagement are invited to apply.
This registration is for non-profit organizations interested in a booth space reserved at the Everything Environmental Festival. Non-profit (501C) documentation upload is required in registration in order to receive the non-profit discounted rate.
If you are a direct sales vendor, an information business, or an eco-friendly organization, you are eligible for participation in the festival through speaker/activity engagement, event sponsorship, regular vendor, food truck, or non-profit vendor. The other forms of involvements can also be found on hhoh.recdesk.com. Please make sure this page is the correct involvement you are interested in. Vendors will be selected to provide diverse materials and to support the overall goals of the event. Details regarding set-up and event logistics will be emailed to registered trucks approximately 1 week before the event.

Note:
Refunds for this event will only be provided if the City of Huber Heights cancels the event or your registration. Absolutely no refunds will be given upon vendor request. This registration is non-transferable.
All businesses must remain present for the duration of the event and no vehicle may be used on the event grounds. This will be strictly enforced, and violations will make the vendor ineligible for future events.
