Creek Walk & Explore

Join us for a fun walk in the creek. We will look for cool rocks, leaves, and other natural things like birds, bugs, and small fish. This walk helps us explore nature and learn about the wildlife living in our creek and the surrounding area.
• Find interesting items like rocks, leaves, or shells.
• Spot local animals, such as birds, bugs, or fish.
• Learn how the creek helps plants and animals live.
• Practice observing nature up close.
• Have fun exploring the outdoors!

June 3 from 6-7pm at Carriage Hill Metropark- Meet in the Visitor's Center Parking Lot.
June 27 from 10-11am at Thomas A. Cloud Park- Meet in the shelter closest to the creek- down the path by the Splash Pad.

Registration is per child. Adults do not need to register but must attend with child(ren).
This walk is being led by a teacher from Wildflower CFC.
Please dress for walking in the creek. This program is rain or shine. Towels, bottle of water, and a change of clothes are encouraged to bring with you.
